WELCOME

We have been training for 22 years. During this time we have studied many martial arts. We are fully trained instructors, both holding 2nd degree black belts. We are proud members of the Ring Combat Sports Union, who are the largest organisation in the UK.

Training times
Tuesday (children 6:30 till 7:30pm & adults 7:30 till 8:30pm St Gregory's Church)

Thursday (children 7-8pm adults 8-9pm St Gregory's Church)
