I’ve been training 22 years. I first started with karate learning a form called Katsu with instructor Eddie Cox, who has taught many great martial artists such as Eval Denton. I later went on to learn kickboxing with champion Ray Hoffman. I found karate and kickboxing lacked the interest that I was after so joined up with Eval Denton and started training at Trojan Thai Boxing Gym with all the best fighters that Wolverhampton has produced. Fighters included Ken Jackson, Pete Crooke, Winston Walker, Eval Denton and Kirkwood Walker. I also trained with Lee Taylor who taught me all my jumping spinning techniques and has had a great influence on how I teach today. I first started teaching under Kru Frank Bowen who took me through my Instructors course and Dan grades. I later teamed up with the R.C.S.U and now teach under Paul Henersey

I’ve been training 22 years. I first started with Jujitsu with George Wilson in which I got my purple belt, I also studied weapons nunchaku, kama, Jo and Bo staff, sai and katrana. I played around with Karate but found it slow and restricting. I met up with Andy and we started learning Kick and Thai boxing. I found Kick and Thai was the art for me and progressed into a 2nd Dan black belt with Kru Frank Bowen. We soon opened our own Club and enjoy training and teaching. I still train with Ex World Thaiboxing champion Eval Denton who coached me for my attempt at an area title. Unfortunately I lost on points. I am off to Thailand to train with 3 Thai champions in Dec 2006 for 4 weeks.
